Many people go gluten free but continue to eat corn despite the fact that corn contains gluten. I have posted several articles on corn inducing immune responses and inflammatory responses in those with gluten sensitivity. The following is another article to add to your knowledge base on corn. If you are still eating corn you might want to reconsider:

Well, somehow, some gluten snuck it's way into me yesterday, and I had the worst attack last night. It all started with the outrageous stomach pain, I threw up, and then came the headache and shakiness. How miserable....I'm not trying to gross anyone out, but I see my doctor soon, and then will be having a colonoscopy next week, so I am trying to create a journal to track my eating habits and their symtoms.
Peace....

Wow, these are truly nasty. They smell and taste like fresh latex paint. Avoid them if you see them, I had to give the whole packet to the birds in the garden. They claim to be Europe's #1 GF food m'fer, but I am not sure why, if this is a typical product. That's $6 up the spout!

I would not believe this, but after years of being off gluten, healthy and vibrant, months ago I diverted from my path. I had been teaching yoga and cooking classes before this phase of self-destruction began a few months ago. I am in recovery from bulimia, and my self care is my priority to be present for my life.
Months ago, I came to CA for a 3.5 month yoga training. I lost my grounding. I have been eating gluten and purging during the nights since I have been here. Every night for…

My husband was recently diagnosed with gluten, yeast, dairy, corn, soy, peanut and other allergies (likely celiac too). For this reason I have been working in the kitchen trying to create some nice baked goods for him to enjoy. From this adventure, I have created.... "Joel's Dinner Rolls". They are actually quite tasty, but only last for a couple of days (which is usually not a problem!).

I have a new assignment for you all.
Write on an index card:
What do I really want?
What are my fears?
Place this card in your pocket or purse for 7 days. Do not look at this card at all during that time. After 7 days, get another Index card, Write down the questions again. Pull out the old card. Look at the ragged edges and how worn the card is. Answer the questions again and read both cards.
I will let you know in 7
