Who We Are
The Celiac Sprue Association® (CSA) is a member-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping individuals with celiac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis worldwide through research, education and support. CSA is the largest celiac disease patient support organization in the US with over 125 local chapters and resource units. Through its various programs, publications and services, CSA is “Celiacs Helping Celiacs”. The CSA registered trademark five crossed grain logo is licensed for use as a Recognition Seal for products free of wheat, barley, rye, oats, their crosses and derivatives in product, processing and packaging after thorough ingredient and facility review.
