I drink the Kombucha tea, the grape divine is the only flavor I like though. It seems to really help me too. Its really good for you and helps with many things.

I love the spinach and cheese ravioli's! Their frozen pasta entrees are VERY tasty as well. I bring them to work a lot for lunch! The stuffed shells are my favorite!

Traci-Amazon.com sells Hershey's butterscotch chips, and they are gluten free. Another brand that is gluten free is called Kroger, but I have never used them. I'll be uploading my cookie recipe this week, so stay tuned!!

Hi Traci,

Thanks for your kind welcome to the site! It is pretty tough right now figuring out what I can and cannot eat and when I should be worried about cross-contamination and where there might be hidden ingredients, etc. It is exhausting just thinking about it! I am starting to feel like I have a bit more energy though, so that is giving me the encouragement to keep powering through with this whole gluten free thing.

I was wondering - have you travelled much since being diagnosed? I love travelling, but I am finding restaurants in Canada hard enough to deal with, let alone a foreign country so I'm hesitant about booking any vacations.

Hello Tricies a pleasure
The theme of tomorrow you translate the Italian Association is very, very important, widespread Celiac disease by tv, that's great.

Hi Traci, thanks for asking about our product. We just shipped Amazon some Peanut Butter Groove and the Cookie Dough product Monday; they should have in the system on Friday. The Berry and Variety pack wont be ready until Oct 14th. Amazon runs out of stock a lot but they order from us every week. Of course you are always welcome to call us and order directly.
By the way, we just found out yesturday that our Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough bar won a "Great Gear" award from Shapeyou.com. What's cool is they we evaluated against all bars in the market place. Sorry, not trying to shamelessly promote them just very excited about the award. Have a great day.

Hi Traci! Nice to meet you too! It's so sad that we have to go so long with either a misdiagnosis or no diagnosis! I too went years!! While I had moved away, I had come back here to the Mayo twice. Luckily my second time (2007) I was able to see Dr Murray. I had been diagnosed in Dec 2005 but was still not getting better which is why I went to the Mayo twice. I had been sick since day 1 of my life but a stressful event in my life really seemed to set it off in the late 1990s. Sorry you had to go through being misdiagnosed! What did they diagnose you with?

Yes, I have been to Tailor-Made. So far it is my favorite store in the Cities. It only takes me about 20 minutes to get there from Shoreview. I love the Gluten Free Cupboard in Rochester. The owners are so nice! Do you go out to eat much? Or are you one of the really sensitive ones that doesn't go out? Are you feeling a lot better now that you have been eating gluten free? Do you eat anything else free too?
