Gluten Free (and may other allergen-free) DINNER ROLLS!
My husband was recently diagnosed with gluten, yeast, dairy, corn, soy, peanut and other allergies (likely celiac too). For this reason I have been working in the kitchen trying to create some nice baked goods for him to enjoy. From this adventure, I have created.... "Joel's Dinner Rolls". They are actually quite tasty, but only last for a couple of days (which is usually not a problem!).

- I have the same issue.
I was thinking of going back and making new categories as sub categories under recipes. Things like Bread recipes, cookie recipes, GF meals etc. What do you think?

I checked out your blog - very nice!!! You have some awsome recipes on there.
I have recently started a second blog http://allerjay.wordpress.com because I, too, have several allergies. I haven't started putting recipes on the second blog yet (working on them) I am still doing research on different types of allergies. It is hard to believe some of the things that people can be allergic to!
Keep up the good work on your blog - I will check back with it often. (can I add a link on allerjay?
