Thank you for your offer, we would appreciate getting some samples, we make our own mixes for the most part, not because we are concerned so much about cross contamination, and of course that is a valid concern. It is mainly about taste, it is not good enough for us if anyone were to say "That's not bad for gluten free." It just has to be good period, for anyone.
