Hi, I'm new to the site. I'm a mom of 3 girls. All 3 have celiac. And my husband has celiac as well. My husband was diagnosed in March 2008 and we had the girls tested immediately after. Its nice to find a site like this.
For moms of kids that are gluten free. I have a daughter with a wheat allergy, and know that first hand it is hard to get use to. She also has a SEVERE peanut allergy, so cross contamation is a big problem..
