- HI back! Yep I try not to use anything corn based. Xanthan Gum is most always corn based to. Corn syrup, corn starch, sometimes flavorings also have some sort of corn derivative as well. Its almost as bad as gluten and wheat in some cases.
Are you thinking about going corn free as well?
