About Me
I have been gluten-free since June of 2002. I have a mentor who was diagnosed in 1986. I have not found living gluten-free to be too much of a problem, but I do long for a jelly donut now and then. I enjoy sharing my story with people who don't know anything about Celiac and how the GF diet works. I try to find GF foods when I travel to see what else is on the market that might not be carried in Charlotte. Like the totally GF store in Tiverton, RI and the diner two blocks away in Mass. that has a large GF menu.
Interests
Being retired, I volunteer many places like church, Res Cross, Crisis Assistance Ministry, Urban Ministry for the homeless and helping friends.
My wife Peggy and I enjoy traveling with our travel trailer and camping.

Most all of them. There are so many new ones coming on the market all the time.
