WOW! Holy cow! If you have never heard of the WOW Baking co. I assure you they are everything they say they are. I went to their website www.wowbaking.com, told them my story and they sent out a cookie (your choice) that I got to sample, I shared it with friends and all we could all say was "WOW". They are located in Kent, Washington and are expanding their line to cakes which I wish to GOD I could have. I am also dairy and corn free. (yes, I took some meds) I did the taste test anyway and I am… Continue

Hi Olinda,
I'm in UTC/University City. I don't get out much. Thanks for the Birthday wishes. I like to celebrate it on Chinese Lunar New Year instead....cept it is on a different day every year (like the moon). Do you ever down this way? There is a Whole Foods Down the street from me, but it is $$$. L.

Thanks Olinda,
my hands hurt now, so this will be short. I look forward to finding out more about you. I've been keeping away from the wheat berry since 1986. I'm near UTC mall.

Olinda, I haven't talked with you in a long time...so sorry...I have missed you...
Please do tell me how you friend is doing, with the brain injury...I think? I hope well, but I know you were worried. How is Anthony doing in school and otherwise? Levi is still forging ahead...like gangbusters...it's wonderful! His reading just keeps getting better everyday...along with his writing, and thinking and processing skills. Dr. Mane' just discovered that he has some Yeast...and so he is treating that...and as a result of the Yeast clearing out of his Gut...he has started progressing even faster...
I sent this link to the site but I wanted to make sure that you got it...Dr. Mane' just found a link to a site, that if you plug in the City and Zip...it will pull up any and all restaurants in that particular area that are Gluten Free...Pretty cool Huh...sooooo I will pass that little bit on to you as well.
Talk to you later...hope all is well...

Olinda,
My older boys played guitar, and keyboards, and had a little band...so much fun...but like you, I had to hold all that fun stuff like a "dangled carrot"
I'm so glad that you appreciated that CNN report...I knew that you would enjoy it as much as I did.
By the way, have you ever heard of a connection between Type 1 diabetes and Gluten sensitivities??? Levi's doctor was talking about this and it was just amazing to me, as my youngest, Jacob, age 6, was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at 15 months old.

Olinda,
Did you see this CNN report "The Brain that Heals itself"...it is amazing!!! I wanted to send you the link right away.... It is all about "Neuroplasticity" and the research found in the book: "The Brain That Changes Itself"...I know that you are going to just fall out of your chair when you watch this...like I did...
There is 3 parts...1. Mirror therapy for the Brain 2. The Brain that Heals itself 3. Born with half a brain
Let me know what ya think...and How are you and Anthony doing...I hope well.

Hey there!! Just wanted to give you a little more details about the TV spot tommorrow...It's Channel 8 WFLA Tampa FL Gayle Guyardo...and the story will air between 5:00am and 7:00am (way too early....I'm recording it)....But you should be able to pull the story up from the Internet. Soooo...pretty cool huh...they will be showing my little boy Levi doing his therapy with the Doctor, and Interviewing Dr. Mane' about Hemispheric Integration Therapy, and they will be interviewing me as well...Yikes!
Let me know if you get to see it...the pics that I was telling you about...they are going to show on this story...Wow!...they were amazed by the difference in Levi's connection...before...and now after...

Olinda...Hi here is a link to an article that Dr. Mane just posted...I think this might help explain about what he is doing with this therapy...please feel free to share it with you sister in law. Also... I'll be sending you those pics soon...I promise...And...Guess What! The Tampa Bay News just did a spot on Dr. Mane' and this therapy, and it will be aired on Friday...Levi and I were interviewed too! It shows some of the therapy...and I'll send you the link to the spot after it aires...very neat indeed...
So we will talk soon and I hope you enjoy the article.
