Great NADINE, THIS IS THE WAY (!)
SI also began to slowly, talking to some, with others ... at first I looked SAYS THIS WOMAN THINKING??. Any luck with former Spanish Health Minister, besides minister is a doctor, knew several family physicians mine too ... that was fortunate for us. Thanks to this doctor / minister Dr. Bernard Soria, began to move the law to Celiac first in Spain, after the European Comnidad (Brussels) will work much, but thank god, was approved by all members of the Community, enacted in January 2009, entered into force in 2011.
Even Fatan two years, but already beginning to be felt in aliemntos labeling is a pleasure to go to the supermarket, read the labels on the products and see if they contain gluten or not.
Then, the press began to spread, poyar the cause of celiac patient, we create, blogs, forums, wrote to political parties, newspapers ...
We are walking, is that this is the right path, "the implication of those affected," not satisfied "only" to create blogs to recipes, the celiac need much more.
On that we :-)))
Thanks Nadine for your work, people like you are critical, thanks for being in this way.

:-)))))

Hi Nadine, thanks for your information. If you tell is true, celiac disease is unknown among the medical and citizenship, so (I think) is so important diffusion.
My husband is a doctor, an orthopedic surgeon, spent more than seven months until my granddaughter diagnosis, unaware of celiac disease pathology, that's six years ago.
Fortunately, as things are changing, we now have medical protocols, food in supermarkets and more socially conscious.
At the moment I work with the association in Ergentina, we try to pass the legislation celiac, that compel the proper labeling, gluten-free menus in schools and so on.
Nadin, do not know any doctors, politicians, journalists ... that may difundr celiac disease in Jordan???
I think it would be important to start by creating an association, for more celiac Jordanians, by writing to the Association of Jordanian doctors, gastroenterologists to ... the health minister, the newspaper ...
Nadin Well, I wish you the best.
Health and happiness.
an affectionate greeting

Hi Nadine: Thanks for your message. How lovely for your Grandmother to be surrounded by so many Family members who love her. And how happy for You she is still with you. Sounds like you had a really superb education. And sounds like you were paying attention and benefitted from what was offered You. Good for You...excellent.
I would be happy to send you a copy of "Kenya Cowgirl" by mail; I'll need your address. And when you're done reading that, I could e-mail you a copy of the sequel, "Stay Well Kenya Cowgirl". I must warn you, I have lived an unconventional Life and my books reflect this. I do not want to offend You...but, I think you'll enjoy. Also, I can e-mail you my stories and other works. I am at: kenyacowgirl@gmail.com.
So, my Friend, off I go to finish dinner preparations. Today, it was cooler and we're hungrier !! We're having chicken with loads of vegetables, including water chestnuts and asparagus. I do love veggies and happily they're GF. Although, I noticed you're allergic to eggplant. Does that mean you're allergic to the whole "Nightshade" family: potatoes, tomatoes, chiles, peppers, etc.? I hope you have a great sleep and awaken refreshed and ready for another Day. Stay well, Annelies
