Hi all. I have done the same as Fiona. I have a 9 year old daughter who was diagnosed at 4. We have also chosen not to have a strict GF household. I think it has helped give her the awareness she needs to live GF in the real world.
For moms of kids that are gluten free. I have a daughter with a wheat allergy, and know that first hand it is hard to get use to. She also has a SEVERE peanut allergy, so cross contamation is a big problem..
