Sugar makes me sleepy. Even natural sugars, such as in fruit, can have that effect. Adding CINNAMON or taking cinnamon capsules is very helpful in regulating blood sugar levels, but I'm not sure that would be helpful with your condition.

Habia olvidado comentarles que en Disneyland y California Adventure pueden comer pizza, hamburguesas, hotdog entre otras cosas gluten free. Solo lleguen al Main Hall y pregunten por una lista de alimentos gluten free disponibles en los 2 parques.

- Hi, so nice to meet you and thanks for the info on the tortilla's. Since being diagnosed I have lived on corn tortilla's which I always enjoy! I am fairly new to NC so will check for the store you mentioned. I do have Whole Foods and several health stores quite a bit of GF foods. Will be checking :-)
