Gluten Free At Jacob Lake Inn

I am so freakin excited! I have worked as a seasonal park ranger for going on 4 seasons now. There is a famous landmark inn, Jacob Lake Inn, at the intersection of Hwy 89A and Hwy 67 in northern Arizona, that is the last stop on the way to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.
