1 and 1/2 cups quinoa flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 stick butter (room temp)
2 eggs
1 cup good quality honey
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Good point, Body Ecology is a very good diet. Careful with the coconut kefir though, it can be very powerful!
The raw food diet is very dangerous with those who have any problem such as IBS, Crohn's, etc.

Not a good idea. She has a biased opinion on agave. Best way to obtain quality information is an unbiased source. I have provided that here already.

I am done here. Agave has been scientifically linked to health problems. Plain and simple.
You are not addressing any facts, Lauren. Just making simple statements such as "doctors are not perfect," etc.

- It's interesting that you chose the word "attacks" about agave. I went to your blog but didn't see the link. Could you post it here? I would be happy to read it, as I analyze EVERY side of an issue before making an informed decision of what's right. It would be difficult to get an unbiased opinion from the CEO of an agave company about that product, however. Would you have some independent articles or studies? My research comes from UNBIASED sources. Just something to consider.
