Welcome to my page! I'm Hilary, I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2002. I am not alone in my family my mother and my younger sister have Celiacs as well. My transition to GF wasn't very difficult with my mom having been on the diet most of my life. Although, it was, and sometimes still is a social handicap when everyone wants to go out to eat and hang out.
I have been going strong GF for 8 yrs and have spent lots of time educating others about celiac disease with my mother. I also volunteer during the summers as a camp counselor at the Great Gluten Escape for children with celiac/gluten intolerance.
