Since moving last year I have not been able to find Heartland's Finest products anywhere. Their website is no longer functional. Did they go out of business? I loved their baking mix and it had a lower glycemic index than most gf mixes available.
Going gluten free wasn't difficult for me. I love fruit and vegetables and was never an avid bread eater. I did love pasta though. As soon as I found Tinkyada pasta I was a happy gal. My kids however were not so happy about never getting to eat anot…
