About Me
I am a Gluten Free Baker, I own an in-home bakery in South Portland, Maine called Allergeena Gluten Free Baked Goods. You can go to my google page to see pix of my baked goods. I bake several varieties of bread; Honey Buttermilk Sesame, Cinnamon Anadama, Maple Oat, Ryeless Rye, Cocoa Cinnamon, Cinnamon Carmel Raisin Swirl Bread, Hamburger Buns, Pizza shells, hot dog buns, cookies, lemon bars and pumpkin carrot cake.

A little about me For 37 years I practiced Gluten Glutony :-) Both my maternal grandmother and mother baked fresh bread weekly, By age eleven I was baking bread. By age 15, I worked at a bakery. Later on, I could've told you where nearly every bakery was located in the state of Maine. I love bread, but I guess we all have our vices.

Now I can you help you learn nearly everything you need to know about eating gluten free. I say nearly b/c these days there's something new almost everyday. Eating Gluten Free has been the saving grace to my health. I was miserable for 7 years, I tried many natural remedies, but then I met a terrific Naturopathic Doctor. Priscilla Skerry. (Portland, Maine). We discovered through a diet of elimination that wheat and gluten were not my best options. As a child I was diagnosed as allergic to wheat,..... but back then, they just fed you wheat germ, to get you "used to it". Oh well, they know better now.

Now I am 99% pain free from the FMS and I've been practicing a Wheat, Dairy and Gluten Free diet for 12 years. It wasn't easy in the beginning, there was so much to learn and change.

I am an in-Home Gluten Free Baker and proud owner of Allergeena Gluten Free Baked Goods

I can help you learn how to make the transition, it's easier with a coach.

Restaurant Owners: I am a member of the National Foundation for Gluten Free Awareness. I am available for consultation and I can help you attain a certified Gluten Free Kitchen.
