About Me
For 37 years I practiced Gluten Glutony :-) Both my maternal grandmother and mother bake fresh bread weekly, By age eleven I was baking bread. Our cousins own a Bake Shop, in Bangor Maine. We had donuts every Sunday after Church. By age 15, I worked there at studen wages. As an adult, I traveled in a sales job,..... I could tell you where nearly every bakery was located, from Central Maine to Southern N.H. I guess we all have our vices.

Now I can you tell nearly everything you need to know about eating gluten free. I say nearly b/c these days there's something new almost everyday. It's been the saving grace to my health. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia back in 1991, there wasn't much information available for FMS back then, I was miserable for 7 years, I tried all sorts of remedies, but then I met a terrific Naturopathic Doctor. Priscilla Skerry. (Portland, Maine). We discovered through a diet of elimination that wheat and gluten were not my best options. As a child I was diagnosed as allergic to wheat,..... but back then, they just fed you wheat germ, to get you "used to it". Oh well, they know better now.

Now I am 98% pain free from the FMS and I've been practicing a Wheat and Gluten Free diet for over ten years. It wasn't easy in the beginning, there was so much to learn and change.

It's easy now and I'd love to show you how. I am an in-Home Gluten Free Baker and Adult Education Cooking Instructor.

I am scheduled in the 2010 Spring Brochure of Adult Education at Gorham Maine Middle School Adult Education includes (3) three GF Cooking classes. Class Registration is available online; Learn how to Cook, Bake, Dine out, Buy Bulk Flour, Meal Plan and Travel Gluten Free!

Individual or Family Consultation is available in Southern and Central Maine. I will Travel further by client referral and individual consideration.
