About Me
I'm almost 32 and about to be a dad!
I started eating GF in June 2007. While my health has dramatically improved since I began the GF diet, my life has also been consumed with learning about sources of gluten in the North-American food manufacturing industry. Having a background in commerce and a good understanding of how big business operates, it became my mission to properly understand what makes a product safe for the GF diet.

I've also been working part-time as a waiter for over 15 years. As such, I also have a great appreciation for all the risks we take when eating in restaurants that are not devoted to a GF menu.

Under the FDA’s proposed rule for labeling food as 'gluten free', products must contain less than 20 parts per million of gluten. Do you consider this to be an acceptable guideline?

 

Tricia Thompson recently polled 1000 individuals to determine how they felt about this.

Haha by the way quinoa raisin bread sucks. I wasn't even able to get the first bite down...perhaps after a long period of time with out bread tho it may taste like heaven haha but i serious doubt it.
