Hey Heather, I know that there is a Dos Caminos in Vegas, and they are very accommodating. There is also a Nobu, and they can give you gluten-free sauces as well. It's not gluten free but it's gluten free friendly.

How bad is your fatigue? I am unable to work anymore and often have days when very little gets done. Weather and emotions seem to both play huge roles with it, as well. I am confused by the fatigue being so extreme because I've always taken care of myself (you know...whole wheat, yogurt--all the things that I later found out were what was making me so sick) But seriously, I don't know anyone else who has fatigue as badly as I do. I'm 55 and was extremely ill for over a year as I continued to go to work-I don't know what to think. I have done everything that I can think of to help myself. I also suffer muscle/bone pain--not like when I used to get gluten by mistake but it is constant. I wonder sometimes if handling chronic pain, even when it's not too bad, increases the fatigue.
