Hi, I am not a member of gluten free restaurants around the world, but I did recently travel to the cayman islands. We ended up renting a condo since my husband has gluten-allergies and several others as well, however we did go to Chicken! Chicken! This is a family style restaurant (very small, reminded me more of a fast food place than a restaurant) that does rotisserie chicken. The food was reasonably priced (difficult to find in GCI) and flavorful, but the atmosphere was "fast food".
There was also a company that you could use to "order in" from a variety of restaurants, including ordering 1 meal from here and 1 meal from there. They provided a menu from each so you could see selection and prices. That's the good news. The bad news is they do make mistakes, so be sure to let them know of your allergies.
My husband is allergic to shellfish, but if you are not - there is an endless supply of fresh seafood restaurants that would likely work for you.
Quick comment on your status, those graham crackers are awesome. Problem is they are a bit to crunchy and can crack if you are trying to make a s'more. Personally, I left mine open to the air over night and they got a little stale and soft. Which actually worked better! Enjoy your treat! ^.^
