have just got back on line and wondered if you had fill the position at the bakery on Queen St. E.? Also I have a table at the Bobcaygeon farmer's market starting June 12th to sell gluten free goodies, 70% of our product has to be made within 100km of here. I am doing this on a shoe-string budget and could possibly be interested in some of your products for the table Jo Jo

Hi: I was in Toronto on the 17th and checked out the wildearth bakery, bought 2 scones and they were as good as the baking that I do for myself. your other bakery in Whitby , is it the cup of tea cafe? I find that any or most of the packaged gluten free products in the market place taste like cardboard, or contain far too much sugar, plus being too expensive. I have cut way back on the starch content in my baking and use seed flour such as amaranth, quinoa, and buckwheat. good for you with these bakeries Jo Jo
