I also have a bread maker with a gluten free cycle that I love! I agree, buying gluten-free bread itself is too pricey. I usually cheat though and buy a ready made bread mix that already has everything with it, including the yeast and it tastes real…

- Not really sure what to put here. I've been gluten free for almost a full year now, although I'm sure that I should have gone gluten free long ago but I saw a lot of doctors for about 10 years that didn't know what was wrong with me. Now that I'm gluten free my quality of life is SO MUCH BETTER!
- Interests
- cooking gluten free, knitting, reading. I'm also looking to find some more people who live gluten free within Canada!
- Favorite Gluten-Free Foods
- I love all the Pamela's brand mixes, especially the bread one and the chocolate chip cookie one. I also love the brand "Food Should Taste Good" because they have wicked varieties of tortilla chips. Also, I love bagels and the ones that I get from my local natural food store can't be beat. I'm always open to new foods and different companies!
