Amy's Gluten free dinners are so yummy! I have yet to try one I did not like. I was actually eating Amy's since before I learned I can't eat gluten, because they sold it in the campus store. My favorite is the cheese enchiladas. They are so tasty, and they make a wonderful rice crust pizza! They can get a little pricy depending on where you shop, but they are 100% worth it! :)

I totally agree that Amy's is great. I, however, love the mexican casserole. I eat it probably one or twice a week. I have found here in Utah that Target has them the cheapest ranging around 3 dollars each vs 5-7 at health food stores. I was wary of the pizza because I love Kinnikinnick's crusts so much, but I will have to try it out.

I've had Amy's gluten free crust, and I'm not very excited about it. I have bought it from time to time because sometimes you want a larger pizza already made for you.

I just recently tried their Garden Vegetable lasagna, and really liked it. I've had other gluten free lasagna, my favorite so far being from Beck's but it's not very healthy. Amy's lasagna was filled with vegetables and it wasn't very heavy. If I had a complaint about it, its that there wasn't enough tomato sauce. I might add some of my own next time I buy this.

I'm a fan of Amy's and the Walmart super center by me just started carrying her Mac& cheese. First time I've had that in 5 years. It was good!! :) I also luv her GF spinach pizza, with soy cheese.

Really? I had no idea Walmart even carried Amy's. I guess I'll have to take a look though I stay clear of it most of the time. I'd like to try Amy's Gluten Free Diet Plan, which could be really expensive if I have to buy all of their products at a health food store. I have a hard time sticking to a diet that isn't handed to me ahead of time.

Has anyone else tried using their diet plan?

I hope you can find some at Walmart too, they don't all carry it. Mine carries several kinds of Amy's (not all gf) for around $3 each by the Lean Cuisines. At first it was just the green chili tamale dinner, then they added some of the Indian meals and just recently I found the Mac & Cheese. I think it helps that I go to the website and leave a comment whenever I find something good there.
Also, do you live near a Kroger? they are really good about stocking and advertising gluten free food. They put the Amy's dinners on special every couple months for 50% and I stock up, big time!

I'd love to try the Amy's diet too, thanks for posting the link. I agree it looks pretty expensive though. I'm going to have to wait for a good sale.

There are a few Krogers around me but I don't shop there very often. My local Super Valu has been stocking a lot of gluten free items, a few Glutino products, Ian's, and a few of Amy's products. Problem is they are not cheap. Their Amy's Rice Crust Cheese Pizza is around $9.50, and the local Krogers sells it for $10.50.

I'm gunna need to stalk Krogers to see if they put any of Amy's on sale. I have become totally addicted to the Garden Vegetable Lasagna.

I just tried the Amy's gluten free macaroni and cheese and it was AMAZING. It was super creamy, the pasta held together perfectly and held the cheese almost like normal pasta. The only thing it needed was a little pepper. I would buy this again, and I do plan to next time I've got a 15 hour shift at work. ^.^
