Just did a review on the new Beanitos chips! They taste a bit like blue corn chips. They are gluten, corn, and soy free. My hubby's favs were the cheddar and BBQ flavors! http://bit.ly/cP8F8M

I found the most wonderful dedicated gluten free bakery in Chattanooga, Tennessee but they ship their products nationwide. They are called Couture Cakes and Confections by A Bountiful Harvest. They have a couple of websites www.couturecakeandconfections.com is one that has a lot of their beautiful decorated cakes on it. They made our wedding cakes and they were amazing. We've been ordering cupcakes, muffins and cookies from them over the phone. Their bakery is dedicated to making only gluten free baked goods. Best baked goods I've found yet. Been there tried many of these package mixes and stuff they are horrible! :( But their products are the best out there. Its a bit pricing to ship them but I make a large order to save on shipping and freeze them. They taste like the just got baked even after we freeze them. They have like over 100 cupcake flavors and they are all gluten free and all natural and I swear they taste better than what I used to call the real thing. This is my real thing now and I am LOVING IT! I highly recommend them to any body who wants great tasting really good quality gluten free stuff.

Pamela's sent me two of their new single serving products to review.

I am under no obligation to give a good review. This is my honest opinion.

These brownies are moist with a good texture (no grit) and full of flavour. The best thing is, they only take a minute to cook!!

I made them in the microwave, following the easy instructions and had a lovely after dinner sweet last night.

I made Pamela's pancakes for breakfast this morning. They are light and fluffy (and again no grit!)

Next time I have Pamela's pancakes (and you can bet I will) I will add less water (I like my batter thick)

Requires a bit too much action on the user's part to be a giveaway, e.g. buying an apron for 10 entries. Sounds like a lottery. Sure that's legal? Click here, click there, follow me here, follow me there, all of which up your advertising ante.

We own a Cranberry Farm in Bandon By-The-Sea, Oregon. Our farm is
Bouncing Berry Farms. Naturally Naked and Bog Fresh Cranberries.
I am currently working on packaging Cranberry Apple Pie filling and creating a product list to work on for the Gluten Free Market. My 10 year old daughter was diagnosed three years ago. I have been cooking with Cranberries quite alot, as they are gluten free. I was wondering if the community has any suggestions or input on what they would like to see in the market place containing cranberries? I am going to attempt to be at the Portland Farmer's Market in September and the Cranberry Festival in Bandon By-The Sea, Oregon.
