Comment by Dena Leon on April 18, 2012 at 2:43pm @ Eleanor Jean Creasey - I am going to try Mesa Sunrise cereal too. You can do so much with Quinoa. I have had sweet Quinoa with cranberries and coconut milk for breakfast & then savory style for lunch & dinner!
Comment by Eleanor Jean Creasey on April 18, 2012 at 1:19pm @Dena Leon I definitely want to try Ancient Harvest! I love Mesa Sunrise cereal which has Quinoa in it.
Comment by Eleanor Jean Creasey on April 18, 2012 at 1:17pm Wholesome Sweetener Blue Agave nectar is a great sugar alternative for gluten-free baking! I used it in a recent muffin recipe that turn out fabulous! Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Muffins
Comment by Dena Leon on April 11, 2012 at 1:25pm Quinoa Pasta by Ancient Harvest http://www.quinoa.net/145/163.html
I have tried so many different pastas since I started eating Gluten Free. My goal is to cook meals that are Gluten Free for friends and family so they can see it does not mean eating cardboard pizza & brown colored pasta that is funky in taste and texture. Ancient Harvest has every noodle imaginable & I use it for all my pasta dishes. I had run out yesterday & I used a top seller Tinkyada Pasta Joy - it's just not to my liking even though it's top rated by GF fans. Quinoa by Ancient Harvest is my #1.
