I'm going to make the raspberry cake into 'martha stewart' type Boston cream cupcakes. I'll let you know how they turn out. Guess I'd better head over there and order the mixes! LOL I came hoping for a coupon code.

I've now made the meatloaf and the bean soup, both very yummy! I opted not to add any meat to the soup. I split the meatloaf mix and I found it a bit peppery, but I am sensitive to that!! I like the ease of these mixes, for I have to bring my lunch and dinner with me 3 times a wk, and don't want to eat the same thing over and over. Just wish these mixes were available in Canada, the exchange rate and cost of shipping is prohibitive

"gfthatsme" what other deserts, besides the cookies, did you make with the pound cake mix? The mix makes a huge amount and if I could use it in other ways that would be great!

P.s I had to give away the cream of celery soup to my parents. Only large amounts of cash will get me to eat celery!!

Spicy Bean Bake mix. These mixes are all so good. For Texas Bean Bake
I followed directions accordingly but made modifications – I added Lemon Pepper spice from Mrs. Dash to meat as I browned it. I used 1 cup Sweet Baby Rays BBQ and ½ cup ketchup for the total 1 and ½ sauce. I used 2 cups of Broth as suggested to total the 4 cups of water – 2 being water, 2 being broth. My mouth was watering as I made this. My only complaint is that it took 1 ½ hours in the oven. The portion size is huge and definitely there is plenty. The spices are the right spiciness and the flavors are rich. I felt there may have been too many beans as they were a bit over bearing – but I could taste all three beans, navy/black/red so they did enhance the dish as it should. I served to some non gluten-free friends and they could not get enough!

I've only had a chance to make the Southwest Chicken stew. Very yummy, not alot of heat spice, which I thought might be with the word "Southwest" and I don't like spicy! I only used 1 1/2 pds chicken as opposed to the 2 pds called for and it was more than enough. This mix made a huge batch in the crockpot, enough for lunches/dinner for the wk and a container into the freezer for later. Really enjoyed the stew!

I am so excited my box of goodies is waiting to be picked up tomorrow! Perfect timing for I've my celiac neice over the wknd and we can bake something together! I really thank you for including Cdn in your giveaway, I was so sure you'd turn me down when you found out I wasn't from the US. So many companies on here exclude Cdn from their contests.
