Does anyone else get daily headaches? I've been eating dairy and gluten free for 5 years now. More recently I've noticed migraine-like headaches usually after lunchtime. I workout almost everyday but I make sure to eat enough after a workout. Any ideas as to what the causes could be? I feel like I'm not getting enough of something in my diet. I'm planning on going to a nutritionist in the next few months.

One last thing regarding soy, since its a hormone disruptor, if the headaches are hormonal oriented, soy would increase it, AND if they are nightshade oriented, than gmo soy could promote it, as monsanto is gmo(ing) most of their soy with a nightshade.
