Hi fellow Californians and "glutenholics." I started a blog about a month ago, posting five recipes a week. Monday through Thursday, I do a breakfast, lunch or dinner idea and on Fridays I do a dessert. If you're looking for ideas or tips on eating and shopping gluten free, please check it out!

Gael, you can either Search Reviews (choose California) on GlutenFreeTravelSite.com or go directly to this page of the site to enter a zip code in the SF area ( http://glutenfreetravelsite.com/maps/map-locator.php ). I tried entering 94109, and there are only a few non-chain places reviewed at this time, but I've heard there are MANY Celiac-friendly places in SF. We'd love to get some more reviews from that area, so if you do come across any great restaurants/bakeries, etc., please share with us by submitting a review to GlutenFreeTravelSite. We just got word that NIght and Day Travel and Cruises in Portland has put together a Gluten-Free Alaskan cruise on Holland American's Zaandam for a week starting August 27. It departs from Seattle and stops in Juneau, Glacier Bay, Sitka, Ketchikan, and Victoria. It's a fundraiser to benefit GIG of Portland.
