When I was first diagnosed with a gluten intolerance I created this trail mix. It's quick, easy and a favorite among everyone. Here is the recipe: 

2 c. of Gluten-free Rice Chex's 
2 c. of Gluten-free Corn Chex's 
3/4 c. of raisins 
3/4 c. of salted cashews
3/4 c. of plain M & M's
