Hi,

I think your recipe sounds wonderful... For some reason all of those flavors sound fantastic. I would like to share some information with you. A couple days ago I was in the market. Was going to get my usual and also some ground turkey-low fat. The new, all natural, meat processing company's chicken products were all gluten free, no antibiotics, etc. Great to see labeled on the meat. This was the chicken parts. I went to the ground turkey...and it had all the natural stuff on there, but did NOT say "Gluten Free", as did the chicken meat products. I went to the meat manager and he knows the company well...and suggested not buying the ground turkey...as it was the practice of that company to label any concerns. When purchasing meat...one does not think about that part of it...so his suggestion is be safe and don't purchase it...they did not mark the package as being gluten free as did the chicken. Just some information for purchasing already ground turkey.

I am also careful in the fish dept. They even have signs of cross contamination possible. They do cook in that department and use bread crumbs. Always ask them to put on new gloves when handling the fish. Sharing information is our best resource. I know your recipe will work great with chicken too. Thanks for that great recipe. Hope this post helps folks.

Thanks for the information!
It is true. We have to be so careful. I am the same way. I will not buy meat unless it says GF, is 100% natural and pure, and organic. One can't be too careful these days!
