Hi Holly-

We are just about to try a few to add to our online store www.solutionstosavor.com We currently sell DAD's which is very easy to handle and good if you like a thicker dough that is already prepared. We're looking for something a bit thinner so will keep you posted!

Hi Holly! There are 2 fabulous pizza crusts that come to mind. The first is from Azna's Bakery in Cameron Park, CA. You didn't list where you live, so I'd give them a call at (530) 677-5810 and see if they can ship them to you. I know they're carried at Gluten Free Specialty in Sacramento, CA but they're frozen. Perhaps they can cold-ship them to you. The other is Udi's. They make great gluten free, dairy free, nut free, soy free breads, pizza crusts, and muffins. And that crust you can order from their website. Hope that helps!

Sorry Holly-If you have the new IE platform its causing some issues. (If this is the case our web developer suggests to try going to your tool bar and under tools chose " compatibility view settings" and then check the box which says "display all internet sites in compatibility view). Either way I'll mail it out to you tonight but please make sure that you keep checking the site as we help people research products to fit their particular dietary needs and then keep them in inventory so our product mix is continually changing.

Do you have a ZPizza in your area? They have gf crusts, and also vegan cheese. The manager told our group that the cheese is actually good! I love their gf pizzas. Their wheat crusts are tossed with rice flour so that the gf crusts are not contaminated.

My son likes Amy's GF pizza. I personally like Ians french bread pizza. It tastes the most like the "real" thing.

I, also, like Amy's pizza. The rice crust tastes good and is a texture that I can eat. We usually buy either the cheese or the spinich ones and then add the mushrooms, onion and peppers that **I** like. Their cheese is dairy free, I believe. The only problem with them is that I can only find them at Whole (Paycheck) Foods. My small pizza for me alone costs more than the pizza that is on special that the rest of the family enjoys. :-( Since money is a problem while my husband and son are out of work, we are looking for cheaper alternatives. My local grocery (Jewel) carries some of Amy's products, but so far, not the GF ones.

Sue, have you tried using Bob's Red Mill pizza crust mixture? I found it at Whole Foods and tried it for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The whole package made enough for two big pizzas, so I froze half of the dough (pre-baking). It was very sticky to work with, so I ended up spraying a plastic glove with PAM to pat it down. But it tasted really good.

There is a really great new company that will pack and ship GF, dairy free pizza crusts, sliced bread, hamburger rolls and dinner rolls. Check out www.nicksdeliandpizza.com Best in Rochester, NY.
