7 min eggs. Cheesy french fries. (I know, its not breakfast food, but you asked!) Scrambled eggs with dried garlic, smothered in fresh turkey milk gravy. Fried deer steak smothered in onions and eggs. But my most favorite is bacon, potatoes with purple onions, Mrs Dash table blend, fresh garlic, rosemary, and thyme fried in my own flavored garlic oil, 2- 7 min eggs, and fresh garden tomatoes. Mmmmmm, YUMMMMMYYYYY!

Have a gluten free day!

1 cup Perky's Nutty Flax mixed with 1/2 Serendipity trail mix (from bulk barn)
or
2 poached egges with grated cheddar melted on top and a slice of egg bread - toasted
or
Mixed berry smoothie made with gluten free whey powder, frozen mixed berries and skim milk.
OK, so they aren't exciting breakfast ideas, but I have developed an allergy to pork, so bacon is out of the question. Other wise I would be having a western omelet (ymm)

Since I can't do dairy either, I usually have soft-boiled or scrambled omega-3 eggs and my Kale dish that I make with bacon, onions, garlic and sage. Sometimes I make a frattata with sweet potatoes and leeks. Or a smoothie and a hunk of cheddar cheese (I can handle cheddar). Homemade yogurt. Pancakes either homemade or by Namaste, etc. I've been known to eat leftovers from lunch or dinner. Homemade Breakfast bars that are like glorified rice krispie treats.

GF oatmeal with honey and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Chocolate for breakfast-Yea!!
For family breakfasts GF French Toast or GF Pancakes with Bacon and Sugar Free and GF Syrup and fruit.
That's about as exciting as we've gotten lately-I'm still a 'newbie' to GF cooking :)

It's my specialty - I usually create my own gluten-free cereal with corn flakes, blueberries, cherries, coconut and sunflower seeds. Sometimes I exchange pistachios for the sunflower seeds. But you have more than 164 millions combination possibilities at www.customchoicecereal.com

All our cereal is extensively tested for cross-contamination with gluten, and stored and mixed in a dedicated gluten-free facility. Have a look and let me know what you think!

I love toasted Van's waffles with melted peanut butter and orange jam.

I am a big cereal and frozen fruit kinda girl. I usually have Chex (because my friends and family realized they are gf and bought extensive amounts) with frozen blueberries on top. But I love puffins, pancakes, and gf oatmeal!

Around our office its MFTH's Spring Muffin Mix, they are healthy and not real sweet.
You'd think you were eating some kind of bran muffin! But they have carrots, cranberries, zucchini, and the right blend of cinnamon and our rice flours.
Now if your from the South, our country biscuits smothered with our Chocolate Delight Pudding ( in the south thats biscuits and chocolate gravy!) Not healthy like the muffins, but what a chocolate lovers dream!!!!

I like to have homemade granola. its super easy to make and delicious! It is just 7 cups of oats, 1 cup of honey, cinnamon and vanilla to taste and whatever kind of nut you would like to mix in. Just bake it at 300 for 45 minutes, mixing it every 15 minutes. I then eat this with some chopped up dates and greek yogurt

Have you tried turkey bacon? Oscar meyers is my fav (beats jeannio hands down) sizzlean is the best, but I haven't been able to find it in years. I personally strongly prefer turkey bacon to pork bacon anyway.

Lots of scrambled eggs and pancakes and fresh fruit. Lately though, I have been making French toast using Udi's bread and blueberry agave syrup..... Scrambled eggs and bacon complete the meal! Yummm yumm.!
