Dining GF on the Vegas Strip

I'm heading to Vegas in a couple months and was looking to see if anyone had reviews of restaurants they've been to on the Vegas Strip. I've contacted several places and have a running list, with several places saying they can easily accommodate, mainly because they are more upscale, and make everything from scratch.  I'm looking for personal experience/stories.  Please share.
